My mission in life is to “motivate, uplift, and inspire” individuals to maximize their full potential. I have worked in ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ for over two decades as an educator and district facilitator. I am a proud graduate of the College of Charleston with a Master of Education in Arts Integration Curriculum & Instruction from Lesley University. My “why” is providing a voice to the “voiceless”, which inspired me to create a one-woman show and educational professional development workshop entitled, “The Missing Voice” that gives voice to underrepresented populations.
On a lighter note, I have two beautiful children and a loving husband. I love music, dancing, singing, storytelling, acting, engaging in community service and civic engagement, spending time with family and friends, and writing creatively. As we embark upon this year, please remember, "As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”
