Ms. Tiffany Smith was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC and graduated from Rock Hill High School.  In 2010, Ms. Smith earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of South Carolina Upstate.  In 2013, she earned her Masters in Education degree in School Counseling from Winthrop University.  Ms. Smith began school counseling at Boiling Springs Middle School in 2014.  In 2017, she joined ���Ҵ�ý and became a school counselor at Dutchman Creek Middle School. 

Ms. Smith enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to church, traveling, and staying active in her free time.  She has a passion for helping others and putting children first.  One of Ms. Smith’s favorite quotes is, “I may only be one person, but I can be one person who makes a difference.”
