What is "Leader in Me"?

When business leaders were asked what skills are most important in today's workforce, mamy of them answered:

At Oakdale STEAM, we see the potential in all students to lead their own lives and affect those around them by making positive choices. Our school has implemented Franklin Covey's leadership and school improvement model, Leader in Me, to build and strengthen our staff and students to be effective in today's world.
